Joining the waitlist indicates your interest in our managed Dgraph hosting service. It does not create a contract for service or guarantee you will be offered access.

By providing your email address, you agree to be contacted by GraphHive for the purposes of confirming your email, providing information about early access, and sending a questionnaire to gather more details about your needs.

2. No Service Level Agreement (SLA)

The waitlist phase is a pre-release stage. There are no service guarantees, uptime promises, or Service Level Agreements (SLAs) associated with the waitlist. The full terms and SLAs will be provided when you are invited to become a customer.

3. No Fees

There are no hidden fees or charges for joining the waitlist. Pricing for the service will be disclosed to you when we invite you to an early access wave.

4. Limitation of Liability

GraphHive is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your participation in the waitlist.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes.
